Rules & enforcement

The official rules governing community conduct, PvP, raiding, bases, reports, and staff enforcement.

Section 01

Community & Competitive Integrity

Apex PvP is built around fair, competitive gameplay. By playing on the server, you agree to follow every rule below.

1.1

Community Conduct

  • Treat other players with respect. Competitive trash talk is allowed.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, and targeted personal attacks are prohibited.
1.2

Advertising

  • Self-promotion and advertising other Discord servers, game servers, websites, social media pages, products, or services require staff approval.
1.3

Cheating and Exploits

  • Cheats, hacks, scripts, macros, modified clients, unauthorized third-party software, duplication methods, bug abuse, and other unfair advantages are prohibited.
  • Serious exploits must be reported privately through a support ticket.
1.4

No Teaming

  • Separate guilds may not coordinate to attack, raid, defend, or overwhelm another guild.
  • Temporary alliances or other arrangements intended to bypass guild limits are prohibited.
Section 02

PvP, Raiding & Base Rules

2.1

Level Protection

  • Players may not initiate PvP against or raid players more than 10 levels below them unless the lower-level player attacks first.
  • Level protection does not apply in Sakurajima, Feybreak, Sunreach, World Tree, or Wildlife Sanctuaries. These are unrestricted PvP zones.
2.2

Combat Logging

  • Players may not escape active PvP or a raid by disconnecting, force-closing the game, using Emergency Respawn, or abusing another game mechanic.
  • Emergency Respawn may only be used to recover from legitimate bugs or situations where a character is genuinely stuck.
2.3

Protected Locations

  • Building at the Hill of Beginnings is prohibited. Any Palbox or structure placed there may be removed without warning.
  • Players may not block effigies, ancient ruins, progression locations, or other important points of interest.
2.4

Illegal Bases

  • Bases may not be built inside terrain, inside the map mesh, completely underwater, inside unintended geometry, or in locations that cannot reasonably be accessed through normal gameplay.
  • Illegal bases may be deleted without warning.
Section 03

Reporting & Enforcement

3.1

Reports and Evidence

  • Rule violations must be reported through a support ticket with clear evidence whenever possible.
  • Video evidence is strongly recommended for cheating, combat logging, exploits, raids, and PvP disputes.
  • Staff may be unable to act when the available evidence is insufficient.
3.2

Staff and Enforcement

  • Do not argue about punishments in public channels. Appeals and disputes must be handled through a support ticket.
  • Depending on severity and prior history, penalties may include warnings, mutes, inventory removal, base deletion, guild resets, temporary bans, or permanent bans.

Need to report a violation?

Reports, appeals, and disputes are handled through linked-player support tickets in Discord.
